CNA Guidelines and Attendance Policies

Colorado Networking Alliance is committed to deliver you a networking venue that is successful and low cost.

Since we only meet every other week, attendance is essential to maintain a dynamic networking group. However, a few guidelines are set in place to ensure functionality.

Absences

We know sometimes you have busy days. If you are not able to attend a meeting, please send a “Courtesy Email” and let us know that you will not be at the meeting.

Attendance

Your name and business category will be removed from the membership list if one or both of the following occur:

• Two consecutive absences and NO courtesy email sent communicating absence.
• Two consecutive months of only attending once/per month

Guest Invites

If you would like to invite a guest, an email must be sent prior to your guest attending. This set in place to protect existing member’s business category and to avoid two guests with the same business profession showing up at the same time. If, by chance, two guest invites with the same business category attend the same meeting, the guest of the CNA member who emailed/communicated prior to the meeting will be given precedence.
